Neil is a Chartered Accountant with a background in asset and corporate finance. He was a founder and CFO of Suffolk Street Group PLC, where he specialised in debt portfolio acquisition, finance and administration. He was also a Director of all its subsidiaries. As part of his duties, Neil was responsible for the assessment, and due diligence of proposed acquisitions, including liaison with investors, fund managers and lawyers. Neil is also experienced in the preparation of accounting and forecast information for proposed IPO's, Group VAT and Corporation Tax, and statutory reporting and licensing requirements. Whilst operating as an independent financial consultant, concentrating mainly on business rescue, Neil has provided general accounting, financial, investment and business advice to small companies. More recently, Neil has acted as a consultant to several other asset finance companies. His broad range of experience includes the property, construction and leisure industries.
Jeremy is an experienced broadcast professional, specializing in the specification and design of file-based broadcast operations, with special focus upon workflow management, content tracking, and business process improvement. Jeremy was a founder and Managing Director of Omnibus Systems, the leading broadcast automation provider. During his 10 year tenure at Omnibus, he oversaw the growth of the company from 4 individuals to over 130. He was responsible for the acquisition of a manufacturing subsidiary, and for founding and running Omnibus' US subsidiary Omnibus Systems Inc., of which he was President. He has also held main board marketing directorships and senior management posts within divisions of Carlton Communications, Avesco PLC and Blue Order GmbH. Jeremy has had numerous papers published in media industry journals, and is a regular contributor to international conferences within Europe, USA, the Middle East and Asia.
Graham has a broad management skill set, with experience of sales, particularly solution selling, marketing, finance, services, product development, and general management. He was most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager of Avid's Video division; a $470m business with 1500 staff. Prior to that he held executive management positions with Post Impressions; Discreet Logic, where he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing; and Dynatech. He has significant experience of managing change and project management and created a consulting and system integration group within Avid which grew to be one of the biggest Broadcast solutions providers in Europe. Equally at home in a start-up or large business modes, Graham has a proven track record of building and changing cultures, acquiring and integrating businesses, building shareholder value and managing to a P+L, as well as an extensive knowledge of international business and cultures gained through living and working in Asia, Europe, Canada and the US.
Mike has managed technology and consulted for broadcasters, service providers and their clients - including Ascent Media, Encompass, Viacom, the BBC, Channel 5, Discovery and Disney. He is an accomplished senior media professional with practical experience across the entire content delivery chain and a very strong commercial focus. He is able to act as a bridge between Executive Management, Production and Technology ensuring that all perspectives are represented. Mike has the capability to influence and support complex media businesses and can switch between consulting, operations, architectural design, systems integration and project & commercial management. He has worked in the UK, across Europe, Russia, USA, Canada, Asia, the Middle East and Africa and has an MBA in Technology Management.
